Where is SlabHOST data hosted?
SlabHOST runs on Canadian cloud infrastructure. Each shop gets its own isolated workspace and storage so your data stays separate from everyone else's.
How does the DDX EasySTONE integration work?
Connect EasySTONE to SlabHOST once, and from then on jobs you finish in CAM land directly in your SlabHOST jobs queue — no manual export or re-entry.
What user roles are available?
Managers run the day-to-day — users, jobs and the calendar. Operators see and update the jobs they're assigned.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — get in touch and we'll set up a sandbox workspace so you can try SlabHOST with your own data before committing.
What happens if I exceed my storage quota?
New uploads pause automatically, but everything you've already saved stays accessible. Just ask and we'll bump up your quota.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your jobs, projects and history at any time. If you ever cancel, we hand back a full export of your workspace before anything is removed.
