Aura is the vertical dry seaming machine specially developed to machine glass edges without the use of water, usable as stand-alone or in line with a vertical washing machine.

Aura is equipped with four operating units, each consisting of two heads, to seam the four sides of the glass. Each head has a flap disc tool designed for dry machining.
Oversize glass? no problem!
Motorized roller conveyors can be installed to lengthen both the machine infeed and outfeed. Each roller conveyor measures 2500mm, allowing glass with lengths up to 6m to be machined. The outfeed roller conveyor is also equipped with a dual motor drive that can act as a buffer.
All roads lead to aura
Aura handles the standard left-to-right sheet feed direction. Alternatively, it can also be made for right-to-left feed, depending on as required by the user.
CMS Aura
Aura is the vertical dry seaming machine specially developed to machine glass edges without the use of water. Aura can be used as a stand-alone machine, in line with a vertical washing machine, and is the perfect machine to be part of a double glazing line. Aura can seam monolithic, laminated or low-E treated glass.
The operator loads the glass and starts the processing cycle — the machine automatically measures the incoming glass (height, length and thickness) and machines the edge, automatically adapting its operating units to different thicknesses.
